If you notice a problem—like the wrong size, incorrect spelling, a design flaw, or a damaged item—please contact Ashley Smrcina within 48 hours. We’ll take care of it quickly, as long as it’s a reasonable issue and not due to a customer-provided error (like a typo in your submitted design or wrong size selection).
